It spawns as an Alpha Pal southeast of the Waterlily Gorge statue around (-489, -1524). If you'd rather not hunt it, you can breed one: Blazamut + Lyleen at a Breeding Farm with Cake. Its partner skill Pterosaur Release gives +6% Attack and Speed for each Dragon/Dark Pal in your party — in a themed team, it scales to be one of the fastest flyers in the game.
