Key Strengths
- Crater Enthusiast — unique passive: increases Meteorite Fragment and Pure Quartz drops while in team
- Mining Lv 3 — solid base miner, reliable mid-game ore production
- BP 435 — extremely easy to breed, 139+ parent combinations
- Dragon-type with real Dragon skills (Dragon Breath, Dragon Claw, Dragon Meteor)
Weaknesses & Limitations
- Weak against Ice and Dragon attacks
- ATK 120 — low for a Dragon Pal, not a primary fighter
- Speed 70 — slow ground mount
- Outclassed in pure mining by Astegon (Mining Lv 4)
Verdict

How to Get Xenogard — Meteorite Event
Method 1: Meteorite Event Spawn
Xenogard is an event-gated Pal — it only appears during Meteorite Events in high-level regions. It does not spawn in the overworld. Meteorite Events occur roughly every 3 in-game hours by default, though server settings can adjust this.
Spawn Regions
- Desert regions
- Mount Obsidian / volcanic areas
- Icy high-level regions
- Not on Sakurajima
Xenogard is the rarer boss-like outcome of a Meteorite Event. Xenovader is the more common spawn — Xenogard may appear in its place in eligible regions.
Recommended Preparation
- Level: High-level — prepare for endgame Meteorite Event combat
- Spheres: Legendary Spheres recommended — Xenogard is rare and hard to catch
- Counter Pals: Bring Ice or Dragon-type Pals. Frostallion (Ice) is the ideal counter.
- Strategy: Wait for a Meteorite Event in the right region, weaken Xenogard carefully, and capture before it escapes
Method 2: Breeding
Xenogard has a Breeding Power of 435 — extremely high, making it one of the easiest Pals to breed. The easiest verified route is Astegon (BP 150) + Splatterina (BP 725).
